Roland has worked for Schroders since 1995, when he joined as a regional sales manager covering intermediary sales in the South West. Since 2015 he has managed the intermediary business development team for Schroders in the South of England, whilst maintaining responsibility for his asset manager clients in the South and the Midlands. Prior to joining Schroders, he worked for Old Mutual and HSBC in similar roles.
